Phone calls were returned in a timely manner, contractors called to keep me informed and when workers said they would be here they were here on time. The coordination of all the steps involved in our kitchen remodeling and fireplace was exemplary. Timelines were given to us and have been kept throughout this process. Construction materials were delivered by your workers and they were very professional in their manner of making sure items were placed where I wanted them and convenient for us. The crew that did the tear out and clean up made sure that I was happy with how our home was left each day that they worked. The workman who did the counter template and their installers along with the woodworker were wonderful. The tile man took great pride in his work and asked numerous times for my input to how the job looked to us. When a couple of tiles were changed, they were done quickly and with a positive attitude. The plumber and appliance installers worked very hard and got right down to the task at hand. Without a doubt my husband and I will definitely recommend Regarding Kitchens to anyone who plans to do any remodeling. We realize our job was probably not one of the largest remodels you have ever done, but we never felt for a minute that we were not important to you and everyone involved.
